Our most exciting time of year is finally here! Thanksgiving, fall, Christmas and winter: our best decorations, greatest gifts and biggest crowds are this time of year, and we just love it! Fall and holiday decorations have been arriving for months (it starts in JUNE, no kidding). Our back room has reached absolute capacity with only the bravest of souls venturing into the very back to retrieve boxes and bags. And we are excited! Just a few more ornaments to hang out (try few hundred) and we'll be ready.
Here's the lineup for next weekend:
First, our gift with purchase, by far one of our favorite things to do. Our friends at ROOT candles always helped us out with some votives to give away, but this is the first year they let us pick the fragrance. Pear it is! It's the prettiest green color and a great fragrance for any time of year. But as they say, that's not alllll! Our new friends at MixtureUSA have handmade a batch of yummy lip balms just for us, we have about 50 to give away so come early on Saturday. And then there's Seattle Chocolate Candy Cane Truffles to take with you, Chukar Cherries chocolate covered cherries to samples, and more fun as the day goes on!
We've got some great gifts for our drawing: one of our fabulous wall clocks from Allen Designs, Willow Tree figures, a Thymes gift basket and more.
Saturday, Teresa from Grey Barn, the creator and painter of our hand painted birthday wine glasses, will be in the store to paint personalized Christmas ornaments on site, and take orders for holiday gifts.
Bring your kids with you! We'll have ornaments they can decorate with cute holiday stickers to take home with them.
